Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and 2132 ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the 2132 mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

2132 is a mobile application that allows users to discover, browse, and book local football pitches. The App provides venue information, real-time slot availability, QR entry passes, team management, and a rewards system. The App serves as an intermediary platform connecting users with venue providers.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian to ensure they understand and agree to them.

4. User Accounts and Data

The App may operate without requiring user registration. Certain features may store data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within the App. We are not liable for any loss of locally stored data due to device failure, loss, or theft.

5. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to venue availability and confirmation.
• Pricing information displayed in the App is provided by the venue operators and may be subject to change without notice.
• We act as a facilitator for bookings and are not directly responsible for the services provided by venue operators.
• Cancellation policies are determined by individual venue operators and will be communicated at the time of booking.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of venue information, availability, or pricing at all times.

6. QR Entry Passes

QR entry passes are generated upon successful booking confirmation. Each pass is unique and intended for single use. You are responsible for presenting a valid QR pass at the venue. We are not responsible for issues arising from inability to display or scan QR codes due to device malfunction or connectivity issues.

7. Rewards Program

The App may offer a rewards program that allows users to earn benefits through continued use. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the App. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time without prior notice. Accumulated rewards may be subject to expiration.

8. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of the App without express permission
• Abuse the rewards system through fraudulent activity

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software — are the exclusive property of 2132 or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, websites, or platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of such third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 2132 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 2132 and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2132 is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
